We do not ship orders until the entire party has paid in full. Our standard shipping service requires a signature upon delivery for the customer’s protection. The customer may waive a signature requirement for greater convenience, but it is not recommended.

Regardless, Em is NOT responsible for any loss of or damage to the package. If the package is returned to Em for any reason, the customer will be charged another shipping & handling fee to reship.
